“We worked with Garden Center Consultants LLC for a few months after they visited our garden center in the summer. The site visit was so insightful, and provided a lot of validating notes about our layout and business, as well as constructive feedback and suggestions regarding our merchandising, maximizing product space, and ordering in new and effective products.

Their site visit report was extremely thorough and detailed, breaking down notes and suggestions by each area of the gardens. They helped us immensely with helping us find new pottery vendors that would take smaller orders, ordering a new type of pre-emergent for weed control throughout our property, and new ways to pack more product in without overstocking or overwhelming the customer.

The virtual meetings were great to help get more details and clarification about how to make improvements to our signage, lighting, and displays. We implemented several of their suggestions within a couple of months, creating new shelving displays for smaller pottery and ordering in more modern and neutral colors - this has proven to be very effective so far. We also shifted some products to different areas to give guests a better line of sight across the property to better see our signage all we have to offer.
